ICENT conference is not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Notification of Acceptance Letter and Invitation Letter (after registration) issued by the ICENT conference. Should your application be denied, ICENT cannot change the decision of the Vietnam's Ministry of Foreign Affairs , nor will ICENT engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy of Vietnam on behalf of the applicant. ICENT can't supply special visa documents issued from local Vietnam.
Visa Information
Most countries need a visa. Passport holders from
Belarus, Brunei, Cambodia, Chile, Denmark, Finland,
France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea,
Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Norway,
Philipinnes, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden
Thailand And United Kingdom do not require for a
visit of 14 or 30 days.
An E-visa is available for passport holders from
European Union, Andorra, Argentina, Australia,
Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, China,
Colombia, Cuba, Fiji, Georgia, Hong Kong, Iceland,
India, Japan, Kazakhstan, Liechtenstein, Macau,
Marshall Islands, Mexico, Micronesia, Moldova,
Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nauru, New
Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Palau, Panama,
Papua New Guinea, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Russia,
Samoa, San Marino, Serbia, Solomon Islands, South
Korea, Switzerland, Timor Leste, United Arab
Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay,
Vanuatu and Venezuela.
